RETURNS
There are no returns, no refunds and no exchanges, so please be vigilant as to what you order. Please remember that all of our products are individually crafted, which means there will be slight variances between products. All Sales Are Final.
We are Not Responsible for Any orders that are Lost, Stolen, Or Damaged in transit. All Sales Are Final. No refunds, returns or exchanges. Order cancellations are only accepted if packages have Not been shipped out. If an address was inputted incorrectly, your order will be cancelled and a new order must be placed by the customer.​​​
Damaged/ Lost/ Stolen Product
We are not liable for any damaged/lost/stolen items. However, please contact us via email at taketote@yahoo.com
You will have 48 hours to do so, upon the delivery of your item. Please include extensive photos & videos of the damage.
So that we can properly assess the situation and cater to the problem to find a resolution.
INVALID ADDRESS
Please make sure that your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for an incorrect address, so be sure to input the correct address upon checking out. As for the item(s) that will be returned to us due to an invalid address. The order will be refunded (minus the shipping cost & up to a 25% restocking fee) once it is physically back in our possession.
Please ensure your shipping information is correct prior to finalizing your order. We are not liable for an incorrect address.
SHIPPING
Once an order is placed, it will be shipped within 2-5 business days through USPS First Class. Once a package is shipped, we are no longer responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Orders placed on the weekends will be shipped the following Monday.
If your package shows delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to USPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. USPS will allow you to file a claim.
